Products, Shipping & Orders

This is an approach we take where we only send out orders to customers in monthly batches. This generally happens after the second week of each month. Anything ordered after then will be shipping in the following month's batch. We do this to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and better manage demand.

The cut off to enter the next batch is the 7th of the month. We recommend ordering at the very end or beginning of each month to minimise your wait time to receiving your order!

This will vary based on when you order. We produce and ship orders in batches on a monthly basis. Orders are produced and shipped during the second and third week of each month. The cut off to enter the next batch is the 7th of the month. Therefore, the best time to order is the end and beginning of each month so that your order enters the next batch.

We ship from Australia and all shipped orders come with a tracking link. If you're in Australia your order should take around 2 weeks to arrive once shipped. If you're an international customer, shipping will take 2-4 weeks to get to you, depending on where you are.

We do indeed. We cover most destinations.

You can see prices under the FAQ above this one. If you have any questions, please drop us a message at teampwyl@gmail.com.

Our tees and hoodies fit fairly true to size, with our faded blue whale shark tee being a little longer. These are comfortable shirts with a message. If you're looking for some slim, fitted t-shirts get yourself over to Zara.

Our beanies fit a little snug. So if you have a fairly hefty melon, these might be a little small.

Check out each product's size guide for more.

Classic. It happens to the best of us. Shoot us an email at teampwyl@gmail.com and we’ll see what we can do.

Our orders shipped within Australia are packaged in Compost-A-Pak® Postal Satchels and are not only 100% completely plastic free but also Australian certified compostable.

Payments & Returns

We accept: PayPal, VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Sometimes the odd IOU if we're feeling generous.

If you receive any products that you find to be faulty, or are not totally satisfied with, we will be more than happy to offer an exchange or a refund (it's likely Tom's fault).

Please contact us on the back of your order confirmation or via email at teampwyl@gmail.com.au so we can discuss the issue further and process your refund.

About Protect What You Love

At PWYL we are striving to drive marine conservation in two primary ways: 1) increasing awareness and 2) funding conservation activities.

Increasing awareness: One of the most powerful ways to help to gain support to tackle an issue is to increase public awareness of its existence in the first place. Every time you wear your t-shirt or hoodie you are spreading a message of both your love for marine wildlife and the need to conserve and protect it.

Funding conservation activities: We've tried several approaches to support conservation such as partnering with NGOs (such as Mareco) and key projects (such as #NetsOutNow). Moving forward though, we are creating our own central fund which will grow with every purchase you make. We'll use this fund to host one-off events (like clean-ups), fund ongoing conservation work (like shark tagging and research), and help run awareness campaigns (like creating short documentaries or funding activism).

Wear your gear wherever you can, whenever you can: showing people where you stand and sparking conversation is a great way to raise awareness and spread love for marine ecosystems and wildlife.

Talk to people: the best way for us to change things is for us to discuss our perspectives openly and let people hear and share each other’s point of you. You’d be amazed how much people appreciate being heard and being spoken to like a fellow human. If we spend the time calmly explaining why we care, you’ll see people start to care too. Head to our Instagram for more ideas how to tackle these topics.
